The property sits on 4 acres with a small trout stream running behind it and is across the road from an organic apple orchard. There is ample space to rest and relax, with all the comforts of home.

The home is located on a quiet country road in Ghent, NY and is neighbored by beautiful farms. We are within easy access to Hudson (7 miles), Chatham (8 miles), and Hawthorne Valley Farm (which has the best grocery store on earth! 5 miles). There are also 2 great restaurants in nearby Philmont (2 miles) and and excellent lunch place in Ghent. Skiing at Catamount is 15 miles away, with the Berkshires reachable in under an hour.

There is an Amtrak station in Hudson with easy access to NYC. The house is located just off of the Taconic State Parkway and is a 2.5 hour drive from NYC or Boston.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has a full sized bed and a crib. There are also two full baths with tub/shower combination and one half bath.

The living spaces are fabulous too. The dining room seats eight, and the eat-in kitchen seats four. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances: SubZero Refrigerator, Wolf Gas Range, Samsung Dishwasher, and Microwave.
