Note that each of the three bedrooms has a very comfortable king sized bed, each of which can be split into two single beds if requested upon booking.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator/freezer, range with oven and stove, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave.

A beautiful wood dining table and dining chairs for eight people.

It's located just two short blocks from Avenida Amsterdam and three from Parque Mexico, in the heart of the wonderful Hipódromo part of Condesa. The neighborhood is replete with a huge variety of wonderful restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, etc.

The location is spectacular, as well as being a less than three minute walk to the Campeche Metrobus stop and the Chilpancingo Metro stop. Taxis and Ubers are abundant and easy to get.

Also it is easy walking distance to ALL of what Condesa, Hipódromo and Roma have to offer.

ALSO A PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 PESOS PER DAY. PAYMENT FOR THIS CAN BE ARRANGED ON THE SYSTEM.
