This is a REAL artist's loft located in one of thebest parts of Soho on Greene Street.  It is mostly open space with older wood floors. All of the art on the walls of the loft as well as in the entry foyer are of the artist whose home this is.  It is the on the 6th floor (top) of a small building with an elevator. Most of the loft is open space with very high ceilings and original industrial wood floors. The loft has wonderful very urban rooftop views.

There are two private bedroom areas, one with a double bed below and loft bed above. The other private bedroom area has a double sofa bed and also serves at the owners office when not being used as a bedroom. All of the mattresses are comfortable futons on platforms. The owners will also provide an air mattress for use in the main living space.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave oven as well as plenty of cookware dishes and flatware.  The kitchen is separated by a breakfast counter with stools from the large dining area with a 70's modern stainless steel and glass parsons style dining table for six.

There is one full bath with shower/tub combination. There is air conditioning in the two bedroom areas as well as fans provided throughout the loft.

We emphasize that this is a real artist's loft. As such it is older, quirky and idiosyncratic. It is a great way to experience Soho and New York City from the perspective of a creative and great New Yorker.
