This large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on a high floor of an elevator building in the heart of the West Village/Meatpacking Districts. with spectacular city views including the Empire State Building. The very large and comfortable living and dining areas are extremely bright.
The apartment is extremely comfortable, decorated in beautiful mid 20th Century modern style and very quiet - unusually quiet for Manhattan. It's perfect for those visiting New York City and The Village and Meatpacking District for business or pleasure.
There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a king sized bed in the second bedroom (which can be made up on request as two single beds). We have two very comfortable single air mattresses for two additional guests. So, the home is very comfortable for 1-6 guests. There is an en-suite, full bathroom in the master bedroom and a second full bath with access from the main living areas of the apartment.
The apartment has a very modern and fully functional kitchen with high quality stainless appliances and stone countertops (with dishwasher and built in microwave oven).
Just walk a few minutes and you'll be at the Village's great cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the Chelsea and Meatpacking districts. A moment's walk in the opposite direction and you'll be at the beautiful waterfront promenade along the Hudson River.

Very Nice Sundrenched Penthouse
My husband and I recently stayed at this location and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The apartment was close to points of interest, grocery stores and ground transportation. Charles was a great host as well as Marlon who greeted us at the apartment. We will definitely stay here again when we visit NYC.

This is a lovely location affording a city view and a peak at the Hudson. Neighborhood, filled with small restaurants and bars, allowed us to feel like real NY city dwellers. We loved it.

We had a great stay at Charles’ flat. It’s spacious, very bright, with a great south orientation, better than what the pictures show. The bedroom has a wonderful empire state building view, it’s nicely decorated. The location is great, close to meatpacking as well as charming west village stores and restaurants. Communication with Charles was good. Highly recommended.
