TESTIMONIALS

Everything was just stellar! Charles was very prompt and helpful when making the reservation and offering suggestions for markets and restaurants in the area. The apartment is in a prime location with a Starbucks across the street and Trader Joes on the corner. The apartment was roomy, the beds were very comfortable and it’s amazingly quiet. Highly recommended!

The experience felt much more authentic as opposed to staying in a hotel.

We were so thankful for Charles who welcomed us into his home less than 12 hours before we were supposed to arrive (our AIRBNB host cancelled unexpectedly). The location was fantastic (2 blocks from Trader Joes, Flatiron building, Shake Shack (burgers yummy), main subway line uptown and downtown). The beds were comfortable and air worked well (heat wave when we visited). As others noted, there are a lot of stairs, so plan your trips accordingly :) But, I looked at is as a few more steps since New York is a walking city! It was a wonderful time and stay and we cannot thank you again Charles for being so accommodating.

Location, location, location! It was superb. Close to everything.

Staying in Charles Apartment was a top class experience. The apartment was better than we thought and the process of checking in and checking out was seamless. Charles always responded to emails promptly and did everything he could to help you with any requests. The apartment is so well positioned not only for restaurants, bars and shopping but also for public transport. I can’t recommend this apartment and Charles enough and will definitely recommend to friends and will stay again in the future. To date this is the best apartment rental experience I have had.
