“We had a fantastic time. The apartment is bright and sunny and really well located. Great places to visit, eat and drink nearby (strongly recommend Excellent Dumpling House on Lafayette). Very comfy beds and we all slept well. Charles was a very helpful host and Marlon met us promptly and set us up with everything we needed. I would visit again - thank you”

“Lovely apartment, very conveniently located to trains & shopping. Good size for our family of 5. Check in process worked well; greeter was there waiting for us on arrival. We were in NYC during a heat wave and, thanks to all the air conditioners, were very comfortable! Kitchen needs some repair.

“This 3 bedroom loft was just what we needed for our trip to New York. The place was spacious and clean. Charles had prepared the place for our arrival so the beds had cleaned sheets and we had clean towels. The place is not fancy, but if you are looking for a place to stay while you spend your days getting to know New York, this will fit your needs. The location is good. There is a metro station a block away so we had no problem getting around.

“Very accurate listing online. The SoHo neighborhood is great. Very close to Citibike station and subway. Pretty busy street, so there is road noise, but it’s NYC and that’s to be expected. Host was waiting on the sidewalk to meet us when we arrived and we had very good communication. We had a group of 7 folks, so the 1 bathroom situation was a bit crowded, but we made it work. Large open room with dining table, kitchen and living room area is great for hanging out with friends. Very airy and great for having a conversation over a glass of wine.”

“Staying in Charles´ loft was a very good experience. The location was just what we were looking for, in the area of Nolita and Soho. The loft is spacial, with 3 large bedrooms, which suited our Family well. During our 8 day stay, it was easy to get in contact with Charles, when we had some questions. We will definitely recommend Charles as a host, and hope to visit NYC soon again.

We especially liked the size of your appartment. We enjoyed your cooking gear (the pots and pans).

“We had a nice stay here. Communication before and during our stay was great. Charles and his crew were very helpful in getting us checked in. I think we were a little early, but offered to let us drop bags, and then when my wife arrived the place was ready so they were able to get in early. Everything was as described. The apartment is very spacious, so it worked out well for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Master bedroom is huge. Bathroom is small, but no big deal for us. This is NYC so it’s to be expected. Normal amount of street and subway noise. It didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper it might.

Good location, close to several subway lines, Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho for shopping etc.

“Charles was a flexible and accommodating host; I am very grateful that he arranged for us to have a very late check-in. The loft is very spacious and well-equipped. It is in a brilliant location and was exactly what we needed as a base from which to explore Manhattan. We were a party of four adults and I can see that the loft would comfortably sleep eight people. The beds were comfortable. The only (very) slight negative is that there is one shower, which created a small traffic jam in the morning. I would not hesitate to recommend both Charles and the loft.

“Nuestra estancia en el loft de lafayette fue muy buena. La localización es inmejorable, es fácil llegar a todos los sitios de interés y las conexiones de transporte público son muy buenas. Las fotos corresponden a la realidad. Estuvimos 6 personas y no tuvimos problemas de espacio. Como puntos negativos, que sólo tiene un baño y que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor.”
