There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. So, the home is very comfortable for 1-4 guests.
The apartment has a very nice and fully functional kitchen with high quality stainless appliances and granite countertops (with dishwasher and built in microwave oven).
Just walk a few minutes and you'll be at the Village's great cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the Chelsea and Meatpacking districts. A moment's walk in the opposite direction and you'll be at the beautiful waterfront promenade along the Hudson River.
