Stay at the very center of NYC in this quiet and perfectly located studio! Enjoy perfect access to the Big Apple just steps to all the shopping, sightseeing and dining!! The studio is half a block away from the bars, restaurants, nightlife and music that make the East Village and Union Square so hip and desirable. Trader Joe's grocery store is right around the corner, perfect for those who want to cook. Taxi's are very easy to catch here and it's the center of the NYC subway system.

The Space

This super convenient, studio features windows in every room. The space is recently renovated, featuring an elevator, exposed brick and hardwood floors. There is heat and and AC, a full separate kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a full bath with tub, 10' high ceilings, a glass living room table, and a comfortable couch that can double as a daybed.

The studio is perfect for one person or a couple, featuring a window with blackout shades, a comfortable Queen sized bed and a closet with clothes hangar space and drawers. The studio is accessed by an elevator. The space will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linens will be provided. Guest Access

Check in time is 3-7pm. Later check-in's are possible for an additional fee. Check out time is 11am. If you need to store luggage beyond the check out hours, just bring your luggage to 166 Allen street. 10$ for a big luggage and 5$ for a bag.

I'm not around much but you can always reach me or my assistant by phone, text or email if you need to.

Other Things to Note

The apartment used to be two apartments that were connected during a renovation in the 1980's. I have a private entrance and bathroom on my side and will absolutely respect the privacy of your space during your stay. Between travel for work and the nights I spend at my girlfriend's house you won't see me at all unless you want to.
