Come see my stunning, brightly lit loft in the heart of one of NYC's most incredible neighborhoods!! Three HUGE bedrooms, all with Tempurpedic Memory Foam mattresses (2 Kings, 1 Queen), massive windows, newly renovated with all new fixtures and an in-unit washer and dryer!!

The Space

This massive pre-war loft overlooks a wide, tree-lined park and a major intersection in one of NYC's most exciting areas. The loft is very private and takes up the entire floor of the building. Beautiful southern light floods the rooms throughout the day and the views are wonderful.

The gorgeous vintage ceilings bring in a sense of history. The space was just renovated, everything is brand new. There is central heat, a full kitchen with gas stove, granite counter-tops, tile and hardwood floors, beautiful vintage high ceilings, and a free in unit washer and dryer.

The loft features three HUGE private rooms with Tempurpedic memory foam beds (2 King, 1 Queen). We also have two airbeds which can be set up in the living room. All rooms feature huge windows. There is one bathroom and a huge living room with multiple seating areas and a stunning handmade rug. We've just added a new HD TV (not pictured) with DVD player and WIFI access. The space will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linens and towels will be provided.

NYC's new CityBike program is launching a new bike rental station just feet from our front door. We're just a few blocks from the waterfront parks, come take a luxurious ride around Manhattan and see all the sites!

The Neighborhood

The loft is on the border of the Lower East Side and the Bowery. It's truly my favorite part of the city, just blocks away from all the most vibrant, interesting area of New York City. It's alive and exciting and still feels like one of the thriving, cultural centers that make NYC great! There are hundreds of shops featuring oddities, jewelry and every possible ethnic and fusion cuisine. The Tenement Museum and New Museum are in easy walking distance, as are dozens of world-class art galleries. There are also many parks in the area ranging from large city-block sized ones to tiny, hidden community gardens.

Heading East there are all the bars, restaurants, nightlife and music that make the Lower East Side so hip and desirable. While going west you'll hit Chinatown, Little Italy and SoHo in quick succession.

For more detail check out the Lower East Side Business Improvement website for all the information you might want on restaurants, galleries and more online. (URL HIDDEN)

Getting Around

There are tons of taxi's and subway stations nearby! It's a couple short blocks to multiple Subway stations (F,M,J,Z,B,D,N,R & 6) .and a relaxing 5 minute walk to SoHo, East Village, historic Little Italy and Chinatown. There are also bikes for rent one block away, and cabs, black cars and Ubers everywhere.

TESTIMONIALS

This apartment was easy to rent and the host was great to deal with. I love this part of NYC and it’s really close to lots of subway lines, restaurants etc. There’s a Trader Joe’s less than a block away. It was easy to get to my NY office downtown as well or meet clients for dinner with a short walk. The on-site manager who lives on the 3rd floor was super helpful. Considering this place is a 4-story walk-up, his help getting my suitcase upstairs was invaluable. Be prepared to get a workout in with the stairs. It is a LOT of walking but totally worth it.

We had a wonderful trip to NYC! Charles and his assistant Marlon were very accommodating. The flat was perfect for our group of 6 and the neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. Our check in and out process was very easy and Charles worked with our flight schedule. This was my first experience with this sort of rental and it was all positive. I would highly recommend renting from Charles.
