Come see my beautiful, brightly lit loft in the heart of one of NYC's most exciting neighborhoods!!
The Space
I'm a photographer and travel a lot for both fun and work so I'm listing my beautiful loft for my fellow travelers to take advantage of while you're in NYC. I've blocked out the dates I'm in town so if it's available, it's all yours.
This beautiful pre-war loft overlooks a wide, tree-lined park. Beautiful southern light floods all rooms in the morning and there are gorgeous tin ceilings! The space is recently renovated, featuring an elevator, central heat and AC, granite countertops, bamboo floors, high ceilings and a full kitchen with all new appliances.
The loft features THREE private rooms with FOUR beds. Two bedrooms are private with queens sized beds and one larger room has twin double beds. All feature large windows, spacious wardrobes with clothes hangar space and drawers. There are two full bathrooms and a large living room with two super comfy couches. I've just added a new HD TV with DVD player and WIFI access.
10 guests are possible by putting an additional airbed in the dining area. The space will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linens will be provided.
Late check-ins are possible however some additional charges apply after 7pm. Check in time is 3-7pm. Later check-in's are possible for an additional fee. If you are arriving late my assistant will meet you, it's $25 per hour after 7pm and can be paid directly to him. Please contact me for more details. If you need to store luggage beyond the check out hours, just bring your luggage a couple blocks to the City Co-Pilot store @143 Orchard St. (between Rivington & Delancey) Open 8:30am- 8pm Daily. Enjoy the city before your check-in or after your check-out. No reservation needed. For questions email (EMAIL HIDDEN)
NYC's new CityBike program is launching a new bike rental station just feet from our front door. We're just a few blocks from the waterfront parks, come take a luxurious ride around Manhattan and see all the sites!

The Neighborhood
The loft is on the border of the Lower East Side and Chinatown. It's truly my favorite part of the city, just blocks away from all the most vibrant, interesting area of New York City. It's alive and exciting and still feels like thriving diverse area - exactly what I moved to NYC for! There are hundreds of shops featuring oddities, jewelry and every possible ethnic and fusion cuisine. The Tenement Museum and New Museum are in easy walking distance as well as dozens of galleries. There are also many parks in the area ranging from large city block sized ones to tiny hidden community gardens. One of my favorite things to do is grab a coffee in the early morning and watch hundreds of elderly chinese people do synchronized Tai Chi in Chelsea Park.
Heading East there are all the bars, restaurants, nightlife and music that make the Lower East Side so hip and desirable. While going west you'll hit Chinatown, Little Italy and SoHo in quick succession.
For more detail check out the Lower East Side Business Improvement website for all the information you might want on restaurants, galleries and more online. (URL HIDDEN)

TESTIMONIALS
“This apartment was easy to rent and the host was great to deal with. I love this part of NYC and it’s really close to lots of subway lines, restaurants etc. There’s a Trader Joe’s less than a block away. It was easy to get to my NY office downtown as well or meet clients for dinner with a short walk. The on-site manager who lives on the 3rd floor was super helpful. Considering this place is a 4-story walk-up, his help getting my suitcase upstairs was invaluable. Be prepared to get a workout in with the stairs. It is a LOT of walking but totally worth it. ”
“We had a wonderful trip to NYC! Charles and his assistant Marlon were very accommodating. The flat was perfect for our group of 6 and the neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. Our check in and out process was very easy and Charles worked with our flight schedule. This was my first experience with this sort of rental and it was all positive. I would highly recommend renting from Charles. ”
